let's talk about the specialty' clinic upstairs.. now the doctors are amazing and i've been with him for over a decade. Absolutely horrendous. Many of the people here are the most unprofessional health care staff ever.
Dr’s are excellent- but the receptionists never pick up the phone. Whenever I try to book online it says I need to call, but then they don’t pick up. If you want to book an appointment you gotta drive down there and talk to them in person. Absolutely ridiculous.
I want to sincerely and wholeheartedly thank Doc McKnight for everything he has done for our family. When my husband suffered a silent heart attack, we didn’t even realize how serious the situation was. It was a very frightening and overwhelming time for us. But because of Doc McKnight’s quick thinking, care, and immediate action, he was able to connect us right away to the doctors at Red Deer Hospital, where my husband received the urgent treatment he needed. Very disappointed with the quality of care my son received from Dr. Aaron McKnight. I brought him in after four days of illness, and despite clearly explaining that Advil was not helping, the same medication was recommended along with a cough syrup. At the time, there was a bad flu going around among children but despite that, no further testing was done, not even a throat swab. Hence, the examination felt rushed and inadequate.
