I visited Saint Mary Clinic today for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. Although the clinic closes at 7 PM, I was refused a consultation with the doctor at 5 PM. I urgently needed a doctor’s note for my job. I had called at 9 AM to book an appointment, but the receptionist told me they weren’t taking appointments and asked me to walk in instead, assuring me that I would be able to get the note. I was extremely impressed by the exceptional level of professionalism and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the staff, particularly Dr. Donovan Stearn. I highly recommend this facility for all health-related needs.
I have a smooth medical exam, very straight forward and the whole staff are very helpful.
