Best GP surgery I ever had .Receptionists , Doctors .So helpfull and always able to get appointments without filling forms to be able to see my GP .They never let me down .I could give 10 stars if I could .
A great experience with this surgery so far. Receptionists are kind and helpful and Dr Dhillon is incredibly professional and got me exactly what I needed. Pleased to recommend.
I honestly never leave negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so because the mannerism of the receptionists are totally unwelcoming and unprofessional. Sometimes, it feels like they don’t want to help at all. I have been visiting this practise this past year and the service of receptionists have been consistently poor in terms of attitude (especially on the phone).
