Dr. Hamel is the kindest doctor I have ever had. She treats you like a friend and a real person. She delivered my son in 2023 and I will be having her deliver my second baby soon. I had an incredibly terrible experience with this clinic. After after getting an IUD I started experiencing facial swelling, dizziness, headaches, brain fog and high blood pressure symptoms. I called 3 times and was told no one was available to take it out. After 2 ER visits where I was told to call the clinic to have it removed, I showed up in person to the clinic crying and pleading for immediate help. They cx my appointment I had been waiting for months. When I called to reschedule it was another 7 months out.
I am new to town and needed to get into a women’s facility asap (I have a lump) so I called them to schedule and she said “we are booked out until May for new patients” I said okay.. well I have a lump in my boob is there anyway I can see a NP?
