I will never return to this Urgent Care facility. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a patient by a Provider NP.
We were seen pretty quick, my son has asthma and allergies and he was prescribed an albuterol inhaler and a steroid inhaler from Nurse Post. We went to fill his prescriptions and long story short the albuterol inhaler was covered while the steroid was not at a $200 price tag. I called four times and left multiple messages to see if they could change the steroid to a different brand. ultimately on my last phone call in with them I was basically left with “get his doctor to do it” we don’t know he has asthma.
Had a great and fast experience at the urgent care here. Saw Sara for a 2nd degree burn and she was so great and helpful and sent me home with a great care package. Thank you all!
