I went in for an EGD and colonoscopy. I woke up and began to swallow, and I realized that there was something hard in my mouth. I spit it out in my hand, and it was my tooth. They knocked out my permanent crown and broke my tooth. When the nurse came into the room, I informed her that my tooth was knocked out. She wasn't aware that it had happened. facility is new ,so nice , more parking, which was needed Check in was easy ,fast, my pre- opt nurse TARA was the BEST!!! super personable not rushed at all, even tho it was super busy. Rest of the staff was good too Dr Frank Totta is the your guy for any gi needs, or colonoscopy, came highly recommended and I totally see why Takes time to really discuss issues and answers all questions 100 out of 10
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't meet a single person who made me feel uncomfortable or like a burden to them like I have in other hospitals. The bedside manner is top-notch and the surgeons and nurses are excellent! All information was given thoroughly and all the questions I had were answered without hesitation and accurately! It was a great experience!
