I had a lengthy MRI today (almost 2 hours) and was so impressed by the care I received. My comfort seemed to be a priority and I so appreciated that. Thank you for your kindness, comfort and professionalism.
I had a 7am appt for Radiology and was told multiple times to arrive 30 mins early. When I arrived the building is dark, locked and no one is sight! Not even a car in the parking lot. I have to use medical transportation and they pick you up 1 hr before your appt and I was dropped off around 610am. Even at 630 it was totally dead here. I was the only person on-site. Finally someone showed amd unlocked the doors, which say they don't open until 8am, smh! I said why was I suppose to be here earlier than you all? She said we ha... read more
