Nothing this office told me was true. They were “certain” if they received my doctor referral, they could get me in and would contact me. They never did and I had to make multiple calls to them and my doctor’s office for a referral they flat out said they didn’t have when my doctor has the fax record proving they had it an hour and a half before they “found it”. Of course, availability went from “certain” to “sorry”. This was a time sensitive situation and I wasted a rare opportunity trusting this office.
Everything was excellent but had a little trouble getting ahold of a live person to follow up on getting the x-ray to my physician but eventually got that issue resolved.
