The biggest waste of time, never going to St. Luke's again.
My appointment was cancelled for the 3rd time in a row and I will be getting answers next week.. the one on 11/7 i received the cancelled call that morning. But your hospital insists a 24 cancelation notice. Well so do I.
Excellent!!! The entire staff was Amazing!!! Finally, an Urgent Care in the city that provides excellent service.
Stop sending feedback surveys every single time I interact with you and then continue to push them when I don't respond. And I won't unsubscribe from emails and possibly miss an appointment reminder because of it. Seriously considering a different medical group because it's starting to feel harassing.
