My brother was admitted there in the month of June 2025 twice for mental health treatment. They did not help him. He is worse now than before. He is up all night in my house rearranging anything he can. He yells nonsense all night long. He is talking to him self and laughing to himself constantly. Was not doing any of that before he went in. He stays up for days on end paranoid of things that are not real. This place made him worse than before he went in. They obviously do not care about their patients.
PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! Even though their brochure states it's your responsibility to communicate and inform them of past medical history, no one will speak to you. Regardless of how many times you call or leave messages, no one (and I mean NO ONE) will call you back. When you do finally make contact with a person, they either tell you they will check on your concern and call you back or forward the message and YOU NEVER HEAR BACK!
