Be concerned. I was released from the hospital with a sealed bag of prescriptions. One was supposed to have 14 tablets in it, and only had 12. That's a ridiculously low number to get wrong. Upon calling the next day and speaking to Managing Pharmacist, he put me on hold, then checked inventory and then confirmed I was correct, hmm like I can't count to 14. After telling me I was correct, he excused the error casually as " We're human we make mistakes." Is missing 2 of 14 tablets really the level of human error that is accept... read more
