Worst hospital ever never will I go back to this er I sat in this er for 5 hours and still didn’t get seen and my daughter just had surgery 2 days prior and still didn’t make it a priority
This place treats their patients awful. My mom recently was seen here and was told she had to come to the ER immediately for her heart. She waited over 2 hours to be seen. My disabled mom was told to “hurry up” by one of the employees here when it was time for her to go back. My mom has a hard time walking and getting up. The fact a HEALTH PROFESSIONAL told someone disabled to hurry up, is disgusting. Brought my son in with a badly broken hand. Staff was very nice and took care of him surprisingly quickly. Delt with multiple people and everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you
Would give 0 stars if I could... Jennifer at ER check in & triage nurses did not take my symptoms seriously. I am 9 weeks pregnant & got sent over from urgent care with stroke symptoms & a migraine. We refused the ambulance ride to to time & cost. After sitting in the ER for nearly 2 hours, they told my husband my symptoms were not urgent & had no time estimate. Saved my life a handful of times. It's refreshing how the nurses would try to make me laugh. The doctors and nurses go out and beyond for their patients. Not all heroes wear capes🫶
