Very poor treatment from the front desk staff at the Neurology Department at Saint Luke South. They were rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a burden just for asking basic questions. There’s a clear lack of kindness and professionalism. Patients coming to a neurologist are often dealing with serious concerns — the last thing we need is to be treated with such indifference. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the way patients are welcomed and treated.
