Just terrible. After waiting a month for a call back, I was only able to get an appointment 7 months away. Then, two months into the wait, they call and tell me they have to cancel and reschedule my appointment a whole month later. And they really don’t care that this is the crappy quality of service they provide. No one should have to wait this long to get treatment. You guys need to do better than this.

I showed up for an appointment 45 minutes early. After the assistant at the front desk ran my insurance she told me that they don't take my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City) because it is out of network and that they would not be able to see me. At my previous visit, I had a different Blue Cross Blue Shield policy with a different employer, so apparently there are some differences with the providers available in the networks for each policy. I love Saint Luke's, they're the most helpful and caring people who I've been around. Saintlukes has saved my life, I had a stroke last year, and I was in saintlukes.
