I would give this practice zero stars if I could. I saw Michelle Martin for back issues that was causing chronic pain. Initial appointment went well. Developed a game plan, MRI, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy. After the MRI was completed I never heard another word. I called several times left voicemails and messages with staff. Michelle finally called back leaving a voicemail stating she will call me back, of course she never did. I continued to reach out without success. Obviously someone dropped the ball.
