I recently completed several sessions of occupational therapy with Jordan at the St. Luke's Multispecialty Clinic for my "frozen shoulders." The experience was excellent from start to finish. The team verified my insurance benefits, it was easy to get in quickly, and appointments were at times convenient for me. Jordan is an excellent OT, providing high quality instruction and guidance at the sessions as well as for the interim exercises at home. I achieved excellent results quickly thanks to his expertise.
I usually like providers at St. Luke’s. I was referred here and believe my provider displayed extremely unethical and unprofessional behavior. I was made to feel very uncomfortable during my appointment. I will not be returning to this location.
