This facility is failing to take care of patients that have gone here for many, many years. Putting people weeks to months out. Those on the other end of the phone have 0 care. Poor staff and poor planning = poor management.
Absurd! I am a patient of doctor Stones...I called in need of an appointment for a diabetic problem I am having and the first available is 4 MONTHS OUT! I guess they have forgotten they provide medical care?
Sadly we will probably be switching doctors but not due to Dr. Stone. I’ve never been to a hospital with such rude supporting staff. Repeatedly over the phone and in person the women at the front desk have talked down to my husband and I for asking questions about insurance and paper work. I hope they realize they’re working with people who are trying to get life altering medical treatments, but they’ve just treated us like we’re a problem and an inconvenience for asking questions.
