This is for the receptionist only, the clinic itself is awesome and amazing Complaints aren't handled seriously here. The receptionist can be rude and have an attitude but only with the black women, the other staff wouldn't understand what's going on. It started one time when I called and she snapped at me, and then it's being just awkward every since. Seems people in the transplant/ hematology department play games with people's lives. Our loved one needed a liver transplant, and instead of just going ahead and getting the transplant done right away, he languished in St Luke hospital bed for several months teetering on the brink of death. He picked up several very serious infections while laying in the hospital bed, including pneumonia.
