First time pregnancy. They've called and postponed our first appointment twice now. When we've called back to confirm, or to attempt to schedule a different time than the one they're offering in the voicemail, they've put us on hold and left us there. I just waited on hold from 4:30 until 5:50, and then it hung up. I didn't even realize they'd closed. Called back, and there's no way to leave a voice mail. Guess we'll be on hold tomorrow too. Could not possibly feel less valued.

Generally my experience here was terrible. When I called before my first appointment to clarify something regarding my IUD, the nurse was rude and condescending. Then in my appointment I experienced more pain than I’ve ever experienced (complications removing IUD), then after that they said the only option would be very expensive procedure with no anesthesia. I decided to get a second opinion by another women’s clinic and they were able to remove the IUD the normal way with minimal pain. Makes me wonder if they purposefully ... read more

I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with my birth control refill. My prescription is typically refilled every Tuesday, so I called your office on Monday to confirm. I then went to pick it up at Walgreens a day early, but they informed me there was no release for the refill. I called your office, and a nurse texted me stating that the refill had been completed.
