Great personal service
The pharmacy is fine. The hours suck and the staff is not very friendly, but they get your meds in timely and it’s fairly priced. What I absolutely do not understand is why the hospital does not have pharmacy designated parking? I’ve started parking at the front of the hospital in the fire lane with my hazards on which I’m sure the hospital doesn’t want, but I also don’t want to drive aimlessly around your parking lot to find a spot near Culver’s and hoof it to get there. Great Pharmacy with a Phenomenal Pharmacists & Staff!
Always quick. Yeah the hours are restrictive-- but I've been through working at a 24 hour pharmacy and I'm fine with shifting my pick up times so others don't have to go through that experience. Text notifications suck but I'm assuming that's Epic's fault and I don't rely on them anyway
I wish I did not have to give such bad review. I switched from CVS to Saint Luke’s pharmacy because I work at Saint Luke’s where our health care plan has an agreement for better prices at this pharmacy. When you call them to check on your prescription there is no option to speak with a live person, but you can leave messages, only problem is I don’t think they even listen to them.
