Always quick. Yeah the hours are restrictive-- but I've been through working at a 24 hour pharmacy and I'm fine with shifting my pick up times so others don't have to go through that experience. Text notifications suck but I'm assuming that's Epic's fault and I don't rely on them anyway
I wish I did not have to give such bad review. I switched from CVS to Saint Luke’s pharmacy because I work at Saint Luke’s where our health care plan has an agreement for better prices at this pharmacy. When you call them to check on your prescription there is no option to speak with a live person, but you can leave messages, only problem is I don’t think they even listen to them. I left 3 messages in a two weeks span, because I am a new customer and don’t have a refill number as of yet, I could not check on my medication th... read more
This Pharmacy staff is second to none. Thier helpfulness in talking to our doctors or our insurance company always helps in getting our scripts in our hands. The Plaza office has been my go to Pharmacy for 42 years now. They treat you like family and I greatly appreciate thier efforts. Way to go and give them a try. All the best. William Schroder
This place is run like a Third Grade Social Club. All the pharmacy Staff and management are Extremely Childish and Cliquish.
