Was stuck waiting for 3 hours, and when I inquired about it I was met with attitude. If you are under the age of 40 do not come here as everyone retirement and older seems to be priority.
Cons: Wait was AWFUL (4 hours for a guy who was bleeding out of an artery) Pros: When Dr. Karwel showed up, he was absolutely incredible and did amazing work on my other half. Great communication and dedication to doing his absolute best and giving us the best knowledge that he could!
My wife arrived at the emergency room in severe pain. Four hours waiting without anything besides an intake - no pain medication, and instructions that she cannot have any food or drink (due to the potential need for surgery, which after four hours they still had not evaluated), we elected to leave.
