As I lay here being completely ignored despite being brought in with a possible heart attack all I can say is one star is far too generous when negatives apply. I was brought in over an hour ago and haven't seen a dr. At least my family will be able to sue due to the lack of care should I die of a coronary. Worst care in an er.
You all should retrain your security guards I walked in at 3:00 on February 2, 2026 and the security guard was more worried bc I had my hands in my pockets bc it was cold outside. But people were walking in with duffel bags and others with multiple bags. Your security guard didn’t do shit my being in a cop family and a correctional officer myself about to be a cop. Your guard has his priorities backwards. Do better St. Luke’s.
Never ever will I go here. It's nasty, small, and looks so run down. You don't even get to talk to anyone while checking in. You sign some cheap piece paper and slip it into a window. What? Then you go to this "waiting room" that looks like something out of a horror movie. The lights are an odd color darkening the room. The waiting room is ore like people stuffed in a hallway. Minus 1 star for looooooong wait. I brought my husband for care. Everyone working was very friendly and apologetic to any one asking about wait times. The waiting room stayed pretty full aside from ambulance dropoffs. People waiting in the waiting area were pretty calm for the most part, which made it much less stressful. His care with the staff was very good.
I showed up at 2:53, it’s currently 4:38 and I’ve still not been seen. I made it known to the nurses I tested positive for Covid and flu. I also cannot breath and I’m feeling extremely dizzy. I went up to them multiple times telling them I’m dizzy and even said I need to lay on the floor I’m going to pass out. They told me to not lay on the floor and that I was fine.
