The staff was doing their best and the lobby waiting area had good cellular reception.
The St. Luke’s Chesterfield Emergency Department has been our first choice for emergencies for many years. My husband and I have both been there several times and they have always evaluated us shortly after arriving and, more importantly, always got to the bottom of what was causing the problem and resolved it before dismissing us. If we needed specialists, they connected us with them so that we got the care we needed. They don't make you wait. They understand that every situation is different, but still important. Always answers your questions and give the best care in the St. Louis area hands down.
Was stuck waiting for 3 hours, and when I inquired about it I was met with attitude. If you are under the age of 40 do not come here as everyone retirement and older seems to be priority.
