Terrible decision I made to come here. This is not an emergency room, this is I don’t know how long you have to wait but you just need to wait. I have been waiting for 4 hours now, and have not been able to get any real medical care.
No closed rooms all open area people can hear everything you talk to your nurse about. 3/4 hour wait times. Nurses don’t seem to care. Urine was all thrown together she just threw mines on the table with 8 others how would she know which is mines when she returns, just nasty. They leave you curtains open no privacy for patients at all and I work in the medical field so I’m out done. I’m the only patient yet I’m still just back here with no services all I need is a x-ray
Worst ER I’ve ever been to. Indifferent front end staff. And the wait time is going on 3 1/2 - 4 hours for an increasing problem. They haven’t been busy since I’ve gotten here. I would suggest to anyone to go anywhere else in the area.
Very kind from check in to discharge. Doctor took time to listen to needs and evaluate. Nurses and CNA’s were thorough.
Not impressed at all by this ER and won’t ever go back. The standard or care is less than par and should have known what to expect when the room we were in had blood spatter on the crash cart from a previous patient. Hire more providers St Luke’s and upgrade your SOC-fluids, a banana bag and BAC should be the minimum plus a CT scan from a fall. Two hours there and I spoke with the doctor once and the only time a nurse came to our room was when I went out to speak with someone. Terrible. Simply terrible.
