Great Comfront through Entire Process It was a great comfort to have Saint Luke's Hospice there for my mom and our family. For the past year, since her death, Saint Luke's Hospice as remained apart of our lives and helped our family with our loss through their encouraging words. Review This was my 2nd experience using St Lukes Hospice. I was thrilled the first time with the staff and the professionalism. However, the 2nd time around was absolutely a NIGHTMARE! It took 31 days for a bath aid to show up for my client. The woman also had a colostomy. Their nurses would leave the colostomy bag wide open in the trash. This left a horrible odor in my home for several hours. After several weeks of complaining to the Social worker and Nurse and nothing being done, I called the Manager. Mr. Enberg Saint Luke's Hospice was absolutely awesome in caring for my loved one. The nurse was very helpful in helping me know how to care for someone at the end of life. They always answered my questions, and they were there wehen I needed them. From the nurse to the aide who helped with bathing and housekeeping, they were there and I could not have done it without them. I highly recommend Saint Luke's Hospice for anyone approaching this time in their life.
