Not really thorough with follow ups after a procedure. They rely to much on the portal and I've tried to call but no one ever answers the phone. Really annoying and frustrating
I'd leave 0 if I could, but the nurses try to be helpful. Three days to get an explanation of test results indicating a serious cancer. I was already scheduled with the head of the Liver Transplantation Department at KU by the time my St Luke's doctor called Wed. evening to verify the results I received Monday morning, and contacted the office about immediately. Doctor appointments cancelled just days in advance, and rescheduled much later with a nurse practitioner. Most recently, an issue with a medication they prescribed l... read more
