Never on time... rude recrptionist. What's the point of appointment when you're always 30+ minutes late. I absolutly hate this place. The worst part of having cancer is having to go here on a regular basis.
The people in the lab are taking it easy and laughing it up. Doctors can't get their patients in right away. So everything's delayed, procedures, etc. I've seen it with my own eyes. I had to wait Days to get blood work done.\nAnd my heart conversion is waiting on that result.\nThere's not very many people in the waiting room of the lab.Nobody can get an appointment

Person at check in desk wasn't the friendliest... The phlebotomist was very friendly and very gentle. I appreciate them.
