Person at check in desk wasn't the friendliest... The phlebotomist was very friendly and very gentle. I appreciate them.
Good experience
Their time slots were full, so could not take my blood, but the wonderful staff helped me find a location that had an open time slot and I was able to still get my blood work done.
Cancer diagnosis but sent all over the region to get blood work. In this very location for other testing however lab administrative personnel very unfriendly about not having an appointment. What kind of hospital sends you to another location 30 minutes away for blood tests? Saint Lukes needs to figure this out.
