Horrible. Dr. Schoofs doesn't care about patients. My husband has a tear in his shoulder and this guy, who has seen him ONE time, is being very difficult. Very condescending, and very rude!! I've never seen a group of doctors LESS concerned about patient care than the Mosaic group. It's really just sad and extremely frustrating. To know that the person who is supposed to be helping you to get better, really doesn't seem like her gives a rat's axx!! No pain mangament, keep giving him medicine that my husband can't take. I called and scheduled an appointment to see a DR about a elbow injury.while making the appointment I inquired about an injection of cortisone if that's what was diagnosed, was told no problem. Took off work showed up, was immediately told my doctor didn't "do" elbows, but could reschedule another day with a doctor who could. I asked to speak to manager and after a 1.5 hour wait was told that this dr prefers not to "do" elbows. The customer care phone number and people answering gave me the same information.
