They found something that the crucial original doctors missed and so the original doctors put my husband through unnecessary surgery. This is 3 years ago, but we would not have had any warning. I am grateful for them for finding something important. At least we had to say goodbye to him before he died. If I gone to them before we, we continue, were we we would have wouldn't have put him through him this.
If I could give negative stars I would. Came in for an emergency in a wheelchair and then security stops you to check you first and then where you get to the desk they ask a bunch of logistical questions, then as you’re brought back for your EMERGENCY they take their time and joke with you while you’re literally worried you’ll die, then they put you behind this curtain to feel forgotten about, without any monitoring of vitals even after discovering a blood pressure of 150/118.. no pillows or blankets, bright lights in eyes a... read more
My God I hope we never have to come back. This place is filthy. The floors in our ER room looked like they haven't been mopped in weeks. There is old, dried blood on the IV drip pole. Should have known when you have to empty your pockets and clear security before you can even enter the ER.

We have been waiting over 3 hours for my mother to be seen for extreme high blood pressure, headache and dizziness. The receptionist is smug/rude and will not give any sort of estimate on how much longer it will be. Multiple people have left the waiting room out of frustration. Definitely will not be coming back to this location in the future.
