Navigating the hospital is a very frustrating experience. The construction in the parking lot and the mysteriously locked main exterior doors with no signage made for an incredibly frustrating hurdle to jump while I was trying to find my mom before her surgery. I think that the attitude of the emergency nurses is not correct, they are not trained to care for patients, they are not compassionate nurses and they are not informed about what the processes are like. My mother had surgery two weeks ago and she arrived with severe pain in the surgery area and we have waited more than two and a half hours and they have not attended to us yet and when I ask the receptionist she tells me that she doesn't know and that she has to wait.
