It’s unfortunate that these people don’t even care to understand that they can make or break someone’s situation, with a blink of an attitude. It’s appalling, it doesn’t matter how nice you are to them, they are determined to be evil, mean, rude, and nasty.
First impression makes a world of difference. As we first walked in there was a young lady sitting at the desk. My wife greated her with "good morning" and the young lady in question responded "what do you need" in a not so friendly tone. Needless to say, we were appalled by this and got the distinct impression that she did not want to be bothered. If you need birth certificates or death certificates and you're white use the online option. That way you don't have to deal with reverse racism.
Had to replace my Birth Certificate and the service was fast, the employees were kind and efficient.
