Do t even waste your time coming here u less you have medicaid or private insurance. The signs stating "regardless of ability to pay" IS A LIE! They want you to falsely apply for unemployment to prove you are unemployed. It is deceiving and manipulative.
It took a little longer than expected, but the staff were very patient and explained everything. The office was neat and organized, which made the wait bearable.

From the front door and all thru the building where I had to go, medical records, billing and the shooter (shot)were Awesome and helpful. It's rare to see all or everybody , to be really nice and pleasant
I took my son to St. Louis County Health Dept. at 6121 N. Hanley for a copy of his Birth Certificate. The staff were professional, had pleasant dispositions and efficient. Corinne was attentive, cordial and thorough. She said to review the copy for any errors and we found a few (wrong address and misspelling of my son's middle name which were accurate on the original.)
