The medical assistant picked my 11-week old son up my his arms. I've never heard the high pitch yelp he gave after she grabbed him. Thought I was just seeing things and didn't want to jump to conclusions, but my wife said she noticed the same thing. It's a children's hospital, there's no excuse for poor training. That assistant and that office should be embarrassed.
I LOVED EVERY PERSON MY DAUGHTER AN MYSELF CAME INTO CONTACT WITH. THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT CARE FOR US BOTH WHILE WE STAYED FROM SUNDAY TIL TUESDAY AFTERNOON. BEST HOSPITAL WITH EXCELLENT STAFF
