Had great experiences with both my kids. One for tubes, another for tonsils/adenoids removal
Absolutely terrible office. Has schedule appointments for my son twice, first at the wrong location, second time they didn’t hit save so my appointment was never made. Drive an hour for nothing. If you are in Illinois save yourself time and gas money and go to cardinal glennon in Edwardsville. We have already had our office send the referral.
Just trying to get on the phone with a scheduler and schedule an initial appointment is a nightmare. Process improvement is needed
Security guard was very rude and abrasive. When I arrived at entry way he yelled stop very loud and in a rude manner ask what my business was there, and made a scene . Need less to say I was pushing a stroller with a 2 month old. Have been here numerous times with no trouble with security guards, but 5his guy has a chip on his shoulder for some reason
Daniel Nieva, anesthesiologist came in to see my Three year old child before her surgery, she was playing with a doctor set and pretended to give him a shot to which he said “hopefully I don’t get autism now!” Your doctors believe vaccines cause autism huh? RIDICULOUS!!!!
