I tried calling multiple times to reschedule my appointment but there is never anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk. The last time I called they picked up and I cancelled, but it was apparently within 24 hours so they charged me $80, even though I tried rescheduling before 24 hours. I also had a migraine the day of, and apparently being sick isn’t an acceptable reason to waive the cancellation fee. This business is horrible. I want my $80 back. Dr Bushur has been wonderful with both of my elementary aged sons, through post divorce, sudden loss of a loved one. The reception staff onsite has Ben nothing but courteous and helpful

I should've read the reviews here before making an appointment. They are right. The office never answered the phone, always connecting to the voice msg. Our doctor's appointment lasted only 30 minutes. Their cancel policy (even if you are SICK) is unreasonable. We didn't feel like they care for clients. So, we are out.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! This company is another reason I hate mental health facilities. They seem just a terrible and horrible as Compass Health. I called yesterday 3/4/25 to get some information about my appointment and to make sure it was covered under my insurance because I have had issues in the past with that and then decided while I was waiting for a callback to check the review and the reviews here are terrible and I wanted to cancel my appointment. Ok. I usually don’t leave reviews. But here we go. We went here disregarding all the negative feedback because it was THE only child therapist that accepted insurance and had the earliest opening. After waiting 6 months to get in, we had our consultation. First and foremost I have no bad things to say about my son’s therapist. She was very friendly.
