The most lovely experience with Daniel this weekend! We were warmly greeted with kindness and sincerity. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me as I was having a wee bit of indecisiveness! He made a point to understand what style I was looking for. Walked in on July 4 to look at the purses. The customer service was OK however I felt extreme pressure to make a purchase. I ended up making a purchase on a bag that I later regretted after I left the store. Since I am not from Orlando. I drove back to Jacksonville and called customer service so that I could return the bag through the carrier that they chose.
