wanted to go in and look but the guy opened the door n told us sorry we're at maximum capacity which is kinda bs, i've bought from saint laurent but i'm not buying from here no more.
Leslie was AMAZING. She was so helpful and was patient when I decided to pivot last minute on a bag. I got some great pieces and couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the store was kind and friendly. Thank you!
Called to see about a bag that wasn’t available online. It wasn’t available here either but Tavo looked up other stores (non outlet) to see if it was available nearby. Rather than have me on hold, he offered to text me. He not only found it for me, he helped me set up a profile, get it ordered, and have shipped directly to my house. All by text message which is super convenient. Thank you so much Tavo!
