The only nice thing I can say about this Hotel is that the staff are really friendly/ Everything else for get it!!! stayed there 4 nights and during this stay, at $140AUD per night ,on special????? the room was NEVER serviced. I mean no rubbish taken, no room cleaned in the 4 days. I called reception to ask for our room to be cleaned and was advised....due to lack of staff, we're sorry but we are unable to do this. The cafe was only opened from 7am - 11am and Saturday 7;30am - 11:00am. Slow internet and outdated rooms
Very nice staff and the hotel is clean and fresh.
