Food was good. But that was all ruined by some girl with dark hair calling herself a manager with terrible attitude, not attentive, heard loudly swearing multiple times, didn’t look like the staff were appreciative of her attitude either. Extremely poor show! The rest of the staff were great and very helpful which is why we even bothered to leave a review. Something needs done about this. Like customer service is the first thing, if that’s bad, the rest is bad!
We have just collected and ate the takeaway Sunday Roast Munchie box . We didn’t order in advance and we were greeted warmly by a staff member. The food was prepared promptly, we travelled home and the food was still piping hot. The selection and quantity within the box was amazing. We will definitely be back and I would suggest anyone reading this should give it a try , you won’t be disappointed. Thanks St Judes. Tim & Tricia
Venue was perfect and all the staff were great! Would just like to give a special mention to young Lewis and Rhys behind the bar, absolutely brilliant all night! Great young boys, were such a laugh, not a single person had any complaints and nothing was an issue for them, kept the drinks flowing and kept the party going with assistance on the karaoke front!
Stopped off for a couple of drinks at the weekend. Lovely venue and excellent service from a young boy, think his name was Lewis . 🍸🍹
Staff great especially the polite young guy called Lewis nothing was to much trouble for him.
