Son needed his ng tube placed simple thing to do for any professional I even do it at home but had difficulty this time, call and let them know I’m on my way and he needs his tube so he can take his seizure medication, they are unable to do it and are unsure how, so now he’s on the way to Mott’s in an ambulance having seizures and vomiting because trained professionals don’t know how to do their jobs

Treated very poorly today. I had previous positive experiences at this ER. Not today. The triage nurse was extremely rude! After an exam at urgent care, the doctor sent me to the ER for care they couldn’t provide. The triage nurse acted like I was wasting his time! As the first medical professional a patient encounters, you’d think he would show compassion for patients that aren’t at their best when they arrive injured or in pain. Very disappointing. (Note: the care I received once back in a room was adequate).

Nurse asked me if I did drugs or alcohol because the patch and muscle relaxer should have taken care of the pain which I didn't think it was right for her to say that. She also said it was stupid for me to push a car. I pushed the car on impulse... read more

My teenage daughter was treated here, and the staff from intake to discharge were incredible! She had her first IV, and she felt absolutely nothing. They were so reassuring and made her feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this emergency room.

I just left the ED , I had to take my Grandson , there and the NP or PA named Kovalski , Not sure what he was.Hard to believe he would be an MD , I don’t know where he got his medical degree , but his rudeness was the worst, had bad bedside manners, no compassion! I brought him in with possible ear infection due to the fact he had previously ear infection, and was tugging with his ear and crying uncontrollably! Tells me both ears are red and one had pus with lot of ear wax both ears but did not have ear infection said he was... read more
