I just left the ED , I had to take my Grandson , there and the NP or PA named Kovalski , Not sure what he was.Hard to believe he would be an MD , I don’t know where he got his medical degree , but his rudeness was the worst, had bad bedside manners, no compassion! I brought him in with possible ear infection due to the fact he had previously ear infection, and was tugging with his ear and crying uncontrollably! My husband was experiencing some very concerning symptoms last night so we decided to go into the ER. The team was just amazing. They got to work right away and took the best care of my husband. They put us at ease as quickly as they could. We are so grateful for the results and for the team that assisted us.
