DO NOT GO HERE! If you actually think something is wrong with you go to a different ER. All they do here is brush you off, tell you you're non-emergent, I went there on Friday October 31st 2025, I had a swollen face and neck that was red along with trouble breathing, they told me I was non-emergent and set me in a waiting room for over 3 hours before I asked them to transfer me which they refused to do because I had not yet seen a doctor even though I had been there for 3 hours already. I then left and went to U of M Ann Arb... read more

Do not go here if you are in any real pain. They do not care. We sat in this waiting room for over two hours with multiple severe puncture wounds to my HAND and arm. I was curled over in pain and to put it simply- they did not care. I asked if I could at least have the triage nurse assess the wounds and apply some antibiotic ointment while I waited to decrease the chance of infection. After several minutes of begging and pleading the receptionist FINALLY went back and asked- which that I am grateful for. The triage nurse did... read more

Son needed his ng tube placed simple thing to do for any professional I even do it at home but had difficulty this time, call and let them know I’m on my way and he needs his tube so he can take his seizure medication, they are unable to do it and are unsure how, so now he’s on the way to Mott’s in an ambulance having seizures and vomiting because trained professionals don’t know how to do their jobs

Treated very poorly today. I had previous positive experiences at this ER. Not today. The triage nurse was extremely rude! After an exam at urgent care, the doctor sent me to the ER for care they couldn’t provide. The triage nurse acted like I was wasting his time! As the first medical professional a patient encounters, you’d think he would show compassion for patients that aren’t at their best when they arrive injured or in pain. Very disappointing. (Note: the care I received once back in a room was adequate).

I went to this emergency room weeks ago with severe back pain after trying to push a car out of the road. I heard and felt my back crunch. They did a CT and said there were no fractures and gave me a Lidocaine patch and a muscle relaxer. I told them it wasn't taking care of the pain. Nurse asked me if I did drugs or alcohol because the patch and muscle relaxer should have taken care of the pain which I didn't think it was right for her to say that. She also said it was stupid for me to push a car. I pushed the car on impulse... read more
