The worst when it comes to billing and getting your results. Overcharged me but will not respond to my calls or my insurance company's calls. Also, I had my scan a month ago and my doctor still hasn't gotten the results. I try to call about that and get nothing. Don't waste your time or money. This is my second appt at st Joseph’s women’s imaging center. First one wait was 1.5 hours past my appointment time. So far this time I have been waiting 45 mins and still waiting. Not managed well. This is my last time will be changing to another facility after this
Had to wait over 3 hour for a mammogram. They need to work on better scheduling. A couple of people have just walked out a said they would try to get their mammogram somewhere else.
