My brother was admitted here on Sat 12/10 for complications after having 5 toes amputated on his left foot. On Sun 12/11 he had his left leg amputated just below the knee. He will have to have a follow up surgery 2 wks after the leg amputation. Yesterday just 5 days after the amputation I was rudly told by the Social Worker his discharge order was signed and he had to leave and for me to pick an accute nursing facility.
