ER staff and nurses were AMAZING but this hospital drastically needs repairs. The patient toilet was leaking ALOT on the floor which could cause a patient to slip and fall. When I told staff they were not suprised and said "oh, we know" :( The nurse in my daughter's room couldn't even chart in the room because the computer USB where the mouse and keyboard plug in was so dusty, old, and bent she couldn't get it to connect. very rude front desk lady round, bad dye job brown hair, nasty attitude chose to roll her eyes as i am describing my daughter’s situation, “isn’t 98.6 a regular temperature” when it was well below 98.6 degrees. racially profiled me and my husband & chose to change her attitude when seeing we lived in a more affluent area. the doctor tried to get us out quickly by telling us that it would either be every test or no test at all for our one month old daughter and took his time coming into the room each time only to let us go wi... read more
Outstanding and very fast to take correct actions to save my life. I appreciate everyone who works in the ER and took great care of me. You all are blessings in disguise. Each one of you need a raise and a bonus for how you treat all the people who come in and need help. I am so thankful for all the workers who take thier jobs seriously and do not hesitate when emergencies happen. Stay smiling and stay positive! No sense of urgency... at all
Very disappointed with the care we received today. My husband hurt himself today lifting an air-conditioner into our window and he did something to his quad. The only time I've seen this man cry was the birth of our child. He was in so much pain. He was given a percocet and an x-ray. An hour later the X-ray was clean and he was being wheeled out. Why would you discharge someone who can't move his leg and crying in pain!? I was told to follow up with orthopedic, but on the paperwork there is no number to even call.
