Getting checked in is a breeze. Waiting an hour for lab test when Urgent Care only takes 15-20 is insane. Been here for 2 hrs and haven’t seen a doctor or the nurse. I’m here for sinus pressure in my teeth and head. Really in excruciating pain ! I came to the ER because my pain was waking me out of my sleep every 20 minutes when id thought the pain would let up. I had a recent experience with this hospital and in the past I don't know that I would be giving them the same type of review but they have improved significantly as far as wait times are concerned, the care that I got for what I was there for was an absolute blessing. I was treated with respect and dignity, the doctor was extremely kind, I had to stay overnight at the hospital on the 3rd floor and the nurses couldn't be any kinder and nice than they were.
I was SHOCKED at how rude Dr J Jaronik and PA D Fellows were in caring for my 75 year old mother, whose undergoing treatment for dementia, severe spinal Stenosis, and an autoimmune disorder. She was in tears she was in so much pain and the Drs were so dismissive and so incredibly rude to her. They didn’t treat her like a person. No pain relief was given, no referrals, suggestions. They sent us home with Tylenol and a diagnosis of “unspecified low back pain.” They didn’t do any imaging. Just a few blood tests and Tylenol. AGE... read more
Being in Mishawaka you would think they wouldn't be as bad as quality. In a room over an hour and was unable to even get an ice bag.
