BEST PLACE. BEST HOSPITAL
From the time we entered to the time we left. Hands down the worst experience, registration lady with the ugly head band and curly hair( didn't get to catch her name) was very rude and I truly believe racists and not just speaking for myself but other races as well that I seen. The RN Abbie was horrible my 6 month old was feeling horrible she made us take all his clothing off and wanted to weigh him where the adults stand to get weighed. I went to the ER last night cause I was in a lot of pain. They checked me in, got my vitals, waited a bit before being called back. They ran a series of tests and found that I have several underlying medical issues I was not aware about as well as the cause of my pain. I was given a referral, and some strong antibiotics. All of the staff were kind, showed a sense of care and compassion. I want to thank the 10pm night Crew for taking good care of me.
I normally don't have an issue with staff here, aside from maternity (they completely ruined the birth of my second child being rude as hell to me because I was on suboxone, it was disgusting behavior) anyhow I just called to see if my friend I had gotten help for yesterday was still alive as I was told by multiple people she may not make it through the night, the nurse I spoke to was incredibly rude without reason to be, I really don't appreciate that as the patient doesn't have family and I am the one who was caring for he... read more
I just have to say it's a sad day when someone goes to the hospital with a broken jaw. And is told they need surgery. But then sent packing with only an appointment for Monday. Not even some kind of pain management. Just go home with a broken jaw and deal with it. Serious pain can't eat can't sleep. Are you really even a hospital.
