I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Saint Joe Hospital’s emergency department. My child is only 15 months old, and no parent should feel dismissed when seeking urgent care for a toddler. Before arriving at the hospital, I took my daughter to Med Point where her fever was 104°F. They told me she was significantly dehydrated and would likely need IV fluids. This is a screen shot of a nurse’s TikTok account who is employed at St Joe. She isn’t just trolling people online. Her behavior is seeping into the hospital. I was admitted for sepsis, inhalation pneumonia, and a mass in my lung. So to say I was in severe pain is an understatement and she was sadistic. She withheld pain medicine and was sure to cover her tracks. Don’t leave your family alone here. EVER.

We were there recently for my husband's surgery and I can't say enough good things about the pre-op nurses, the surgical team and the post-op nurses. Absolutely wonderful, compassionate, and very professional.
