Have been trying to call them since 9 am this morning to try to reschedule my appointment tomorrow. Called twice in the morning, left a voice message with my details asking them to call me back. Called three more times through the afternoon, not once did anyone answer the phones, no calls back from my two voice messages. Pathetic.
Tamera my technician was wonderful but the bed was terrible it made my back hurt and I didn't get to sleep very well. I felt more tired when I left than I did before arriving. 5 stars for the tech zero stars for the bed and the test. My bed sloped and it was very hard you can see in the photo the bed dropped in the middle so it caused my back to hurt most of the night. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived. Difficult to sleep with wires attached to your face.
