Went to the ER because I had issues not being able to defecate for more than 3 weeks without having to use laxatives or stool softeners. My mental health level from this was in the negative at that point. The ER doctor did NOT go over the CT scan with me. He simply came into the room, told me there was little to no stool showing on the CT scan, and told me he was sending me home. My mother had her prescription sent to the wrong place and the lady on the phone was so rude and said she had to call the pharmacy, and once talking to the nice person at the pharmacy he explained how they actually should’ve fixed it at the hospital. It’s not hard to do your job
This is the most uncaring hospital I have ever been in.
Not one star because when staff learned that the "check-in" person failed to let x-ray know of my 23 month old granddaughter waiting, they were very apologetic. Supposedly checked in, were first in line for x-ray, saw new arrivals going back, waited 90 mins with no nap or supper. Had to ask when. At least the check in lady got out by 5. Was told by friends we should have gone to SBO.
