Dismissed me For missing appointments while I was on military duty. Had to scramble to find a new healthcare provider. Also, Tabatha is extremely unfriendly. Update: IT GOT WORSE! so I called the number that they directed me to call and I did so three times nobody picked up. Wish I could write zeros on here. Stay away from this office.
Called to get some help but they said I had to be referred by my doctor even after I said I had thoughts of suicide and murder.🤦♀️
