Billing issues abound with this group. They charge you for services that are not pre approved by Medicare, they don't tell you but then they send you the bill. Be very wary of using them for anything.
Saint Johns Radiology put my account in collections. My max out of pocket and deductibles were already met. And......they never sent me a bill or notice. Sad that their are bad actors like this in the medical system.
Outstanding invoices sent to collections when they had my wrong address. I asked why they could not pick up the phone and call me, and the billing department said they don't have that option. Ridiculous!
Worst place to get an MRI. Services were performed by one of their radiologists and paid. Then they billed the same charge for another radiologist who had nothing to do with my care. After calling and explaining the issue with the insurance company on the call they continue to bill. Have called 4 times so far with zero help. They refuse to help rectify the problem and threaten to send the bill to collections. Stay away from St Johns Radiology and Associates.
