Horrible experience. I have been going here for years and while the hospital it still nice, the people changed. The women Lisa who took our information was rude and had an attitude. A nurse that came in to assist me was aggressive which made my pain unbearable. I felt like a body in a bed and not a person in pain at a hospital. 2nd stay at Surgery Center for knee replacements 8 weeks apart. The staff here is amazing. Prompt, kind, gentle and friendly. Always had a smile and treated me with dignity and respect even at the end of their shift. Everyone, especially the nurses, did an amazing job. A special mention of the woman who took me back to my pre op room. I loved her whole greeting. I felt so cared for that I could have stayed a few more days. Another shout out to my anesthesia team.
