I was having a rough day, and the concierge service made it better with a warm smile and greeting. Shaparis was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Exceptional customer service is not common nowadays. The interaction with concierge was very pleasant.

Let me start by saying I am aware of how St. John’s has been in the past, and me being a resident in Far Rockaway for over 10 years have experienced it myself but when I say they get a bad rap for the past. The St. John’s Hospital now will forever be in me and family’s hearts. My grandfather was in the ICU for 2 weeks and when I tell you the staff there, from the doctor’s to the nurses to the nurse manager to the patient experience team, even down to the chaplain treated him and my family with the upmost care and attention. ... read more

I am always in and out of this hospital, my first few admittance I was on the 11th floor due to my 💜 and the staff are phenomenal so kind and they care. But my last admittance which was now 2 weeks ago I was on the 8th floor and to me there was so much confusion the overnight shift nurses you never see when you call no show ...a few obviously did not know how to do the IV because it had to take 2 different people to come in and when the individual that has inserted the IV it left a lump in my arm . This is….THEE WORST HOSPITAL ON THEE FACE OF THIS PLANET….go at your OWN RISK AS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED‍ I wouldn’t even bring my dying pet dog or cat there if it was thee last and only place to go. SOME of the staff is and were very nice and polite but niceness and politeness doesn’t cut it when you are sick, not feeling good and people aren’t and don’t want to: DO THEIR JOBS‍♀️ 1.
