Horrible attention and more if you go for emergency.
The process of scheduling an appointment is so convoluted. I needed to make an appointment for the GYN. It took 6 calls after being routed to listen multiple messages. Every time I called the operator said chose option 2 after they transferred me, but option 2 wasn’t what I needed. Then on the 5th call the operator said, there's no option, you just have to wait until someone picks up. That never happened so on the 6th try I chose a random option and was able to get through. had an appt with the wound care center Dr. Pham. She was very inexperienced when asked for a second opinion I was referred to Dr. Tarantino. He literally raised his voice at not only me but his staff extremely unprofessional in every way. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Be aware
I do not recommend this hospital, this is a third world country hospital, unfortunately I gave birth in this hospital to a healthy baby but even tho I was ready to give birth the nurses and apprentices would not let me, because my obgyn was not present and when he arrived he was sick and it was super late I caught a high fever and there were no antibiotics on the floor I was in, such a horrible experience my delivery ended up in an emergency c section, they put my baby life in high risk and also my life was in the line, I re... read more
I went to the icu and had terrible experience. Nurses their don’t care for their patient. I was in so much pain still no one came to help me for so long.
