We had a problem with the reading lights in the back seat area staying on and we were not able to figure out how to turn them off. The Service Manager came outside to our car and helped me out and showed me how to control them. He was very pleasant and patient and knowledgeable. Great service!!

While on vacation from Vancouver Island and traveling in a rented VW Jetta from New Brunswick to PEI we were crowded out of our lane, off the shoulder and into a good-sized pothole. This punctured the side wall of our front tire and flattened it instantly.
