Hands down the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with, have different hours for different departments and don’t like to inform there customers about that, absolutely a waste of time to ever deal with these guys, manager had an attitude and wanted to act like this is public knowledge when it absolutely is not!
I purchased my VW Taos back in December 2025 and it’s been the best decision I’ve made! My sales associate Callie was amazing and super informative during the entire purchasing process. As for the vehicle itself, VW thinks of everything! From the fuel tank door locking when the vehicle is locked to the rubber mays in the console that are removable for easy cleaning. You will not be disappointed
Pleasantly impressed with the service manager as he addressed and took the time to communicate clearly mishaps with delays on parts and scheduling. He made sure I was left satisfied and gave a clear reasoning as to why scheduled appointment fell apart. Completely regained trust in their department and left very happy with the service and clear understanding of the disconnect with communication. Thank you bob for your helpful services. Very helpful and great service was given.
