The salesman knew his stuff and was very friendly and went above and beyond when it came to helping me decide and in his service. And the sales department was very nice and quick keeping their store open beyond hours to make a deal
First time Toyota buyer. Too bad it’s been nothing but issues and misleading managers / salesmen (mark and Sheldon) . Make sure you micro analyze everything as they will try to swindle you. They think 6 + year old tires are safe with 4/32nd for passing Toyota certified inspection and selling to you . I was assured new all seasons, they passed off those real old ones trying to swindle me (winters were on the car at time of buying). You’ll likely need new tires when buying a car .
