Front desk reception is beyond unprofessional and extremely rude! Jeff Coyle, as the face of your company, you should be ashamed!! Do better!!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. The managers are extremely rude and completely unprofessional. During the ordering call, I clearly stated that I did NOT want any add-ons such as hood guards or handle protectors. The representative agreed and confirmed that no add-ons would be included. However, when I went to pick up the car, they had already installed those items without my permission. When I questioned them, the manager was incredibly rude and simply said, “That’s how we sell it. $800 for an oil change and for manager to drive my tundra and say it’s great. You think you’re doing something good for your Toyota and saving yourself some time. Won’t be back, you can see the dollar signs in their eyes from whatever commission they might get. Just drove cross continent and had to rebuild all brakes after going for a inspection and passing “flying colours” Don’t even bother with your automated response, shame what you’ve become. I want to speak directly about their service department in this review: It's awesome. I've owned Mazda, Subaru, Honda, in the past, but I've never received such good personal service as I get from Saint John Toyota's service department - specifically service advisor Cody Titus. Fast, friendly, personalized service - you can even TEXT with them, which is a great time saver. In short, I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.
