The vehicles speak for themselves but the customer service was top notch!! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like I was in great hands. The sales guy, Shawn, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, some before I even asked.

I bought a brand new Tacoma that was supposed to include the first 8 oil changes free of charge. Well when I took it in for the first oil change they saw the new wheels and basic leveling lift kit that I'd installed on the truck and not only would they not honor the 8 included oil changes anymore, but they announced that they would not be able to honor ANY warranty work either over the entirety of the warranty period. just purchased a 2013 Toyota corolla from this dealership. The salesman I dealt with answered questions only in a way that would guarantee him a sale. He lied about the obvious cigarette smoke smell in the car (which i was ok with), told me there was a 30 day grace period if anything major went wrong with the vehicle, failed to mention that even though there was a new inspection sticker on the vehicle it didn't have supporting documents. Overall bad experience.
