The regional is a "good enough" hospital overall in my experience but not without its issues. Like any hospital, your experience is completely at the mercy of its staff. The ER wait times seem to vary greatly, and communication is not great between staff and patients waiting to be admitted... again, pretty standard in any hospital now (unfortunately) but they get the job done.
