The staff is excellent. They take good care, and they’re very polite and considerate and professional. The food on the other hand is cold.
This has been a positive experience. When I arrived, I needed physical therapy and occupational therapy. I have completely recovered and graduated in independent mobility without staff assistance or use of the walker. Sometimes I even have to slow down. All staff have been kind and considerate from unit managers/staff to kitchen staff. This residence is clean and the ground are lovely and well maintained. I have no worries and have been satisfied with my residency at Pope John Paul Ii.
Very supportive staff.
