Bought a brand new 2025 versa back in January. Turned out to have a factory defect with the paint. Jay and Taylor promised the defect would be fixed and they would also ceramic coat my car for free for the inconvenience. I decided to also get my tires and oil changed on the same day. Well today I showed up for my appointment and the only thing they have on file is the oil and tire change. Zero mention anywhere of the defect or the promise for the coating. I upgraded my vehicle after seven years, and I'm really happy with my new vehicle. The whole process was made extremely easy and smooth thanks to my sales person Shehzaad Kapadia and the finance person Jay Noftall.
